one trail at a time
We help communities secure funding and build meaningful trails.
At Resilient Trails Network, we partner with underserved and rural communities to help them secure funding and build trails that reflect the unique landscapes, history, and culture of each area. From support for designing and interpreting landscapes to ongoing maintenance of well designed trails, we’re on a mission to help communities create inviting trail systems that connect people to nature, heritage, and each other.
Our Vision
Our work is grounded in getting trails funded and built for the benefit of communities.
We're committed to fostering diversity in nature-based activities and leadership. We envision a future where everyone feels welcome in outdoor spaces designed for and by them.
Resilience: Our Guiding Principle
We champion resilience—the ability to adapt, recover, and grow amidst challenges.
Our trails are more than paths through nature. They help communities grow stronger, adapt to change, and build a shared sense of purpose
